The medical waste incinerator is designed for the safe disposal of medical, domestic, and animal waste. Through high-temperature combustion powered by coal, oil, or gas, the waste is thoroughly sterilized and reduced to harmless ash.
Waste is fed into the primary combustion chamber and then moves to a secondary chamber for complete combustion. The resulting gases are treated in a spray dust collector before being safely released via the chimney. This process ensures full compliance with environmental and health regulations.

Waste is loaded into the feed hopper and transferred to an inclined grate system, which consists of three zones:
Drying Zone – Moisture is removed.
Combustion Zone – Waste is burned at high temperatures.
Burn-out Zone – Residual materials are fully combusted.
The grates move alternately to shift waste gradually through each zone. Combustion air is supplied from below the grate to ensure efficient mixing and burning. The resulting high-temperature gases pass through a heat recovery boiler (if applicable) and are then cleaned in the gas treatment system before emission.

Packing and Delivery
1. Waterproof packing with the international export standard by 20ft, 40ft, 40hp container. Equipment Fittings, Electric Motor and Power Cabinet will be packed in Wooden Case or Iron Box. Other Equipment will be packed by Color-Stripes Plastic Cloth.
2. The whole plant machinery size are large as normal, so we will use Waterproof cloth to pack all of them. The motor, gear box or other easily damaged parts, we will put them into box. We have a professional shipping department, they will try their best to save your container quantity.
