Automated Chemical Dosing System for Dyeing Wastewater Treatment
This fully integrated automatic dosing system is designed for precise chemical preparation, mixing, fluid transfer, and process control. It is widely applied in raw water pretreatment, boiler feedwater conditioning, oilfield dehydration, and various industrial wastewater treatment processes—specifically tailored for the challenging effluent from textile dyeing plants. The system accurately injects coagulants, phosphates, ammonia, lime slurry, corrosion inhibitors, scale inhibitors, and biocides to meet stringent water treatment standards.
Working Principle
The skid-mounted system primarily consists of solution tanks, agitators, and metering pumps. Chemicals are diluted and mixed to the desired concentration in the mixing chamber. After homogenization by the mechanical agitator, the solution is delivered to designated injection points via precision metering pumps. The unit is compact, safe, and user-friendly. It can be customized with additional components and integrated with SCADA or PLC systems to support fully automated operation and remote monitoring.
